Dr. Klayman received his BA with a major in Neuroscience from Drew University. Dr. Klayman pursued a PhD in that field of study, but realized his true passion was interacting with the people he helped. He completed his doctorate at UMDNJ (now Rutgers) and completed his residency at Monmouth Medical Center, in Long Branch.
Dr. Klayman is dedicated to his personal commitment to life-long learning. He has accumulated over 500 hours of continuing education, and received his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in July. Less than 6% of dentists a year, both nationally and internationally, receive this award, which also requires passing a rigorous exam. Dr. Klayman is also planning his second fellowship, in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Additionally, he has embarked on a curriculum of learning at the esteemed Pankey Institute and the Clinical Mastery Series, where he is learning from elite dentists.
Dr. Klayman is excited to be a partner in your health. From the simplest preventative general dentistry to rebuilding smiles, he enjoys changing the lives of his patients. He is planning on incorporating implant therapy, major orthodontics, and treatment for sleep apnea into his practice. Dr. Klayman believes strongly in the quality of life benefits from maintaining optimal oral health through high quality, comprehensive dental care on an individual basis. His commitment is to offer care with the purpose of preserving the dentition for a lifetime.
Outside of the office, Dr. Klayman is happily engaged to his fiancé, Liz. He enjoys the serenity of living in Sea Bright, with his dog, Rex. He is an avid music fan, and sometimes even plays at local venues. He enjoys exercising, and is a regular at his local gym. Dr. Klayman thoroughly enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
